EASY FRESH CREAM DESSERT

Easy Fresh cream dessert.                          

  • Sponge fingers.                                  
  • Fresh cream.                                    
  • Pecan nuts.                                      

 

  1. Dip sponge fingers in milk.
  2. Whip fresh cream with sugar.
  3. Layer sponge fingers in lined loaf pan and top with fresh cream n pecan nuts.
  4. Repeat layering.
  5. Once set, turn onto platter and decorate as desired.

Note: This brownie recipe gives you a light and crumbly-cake
texture - I used nuts and didn't bother with frosting. Yields a nice
batch, so stick to the standard recipe - don't double it or halve it
(+/- 3 dz nice sized squares).

Crunchies

  1. Dissolve 2tsp bicarb in 4Tblsp boiling water.
  2. Add 2Tblsp golden syrup n allow to cool.

Mix together:

  • 2cups flour
  • 2cups sugar
  • 2cups coconut
  • 2cups jungle oats
  • N rub in 250g butter.
  1. Mix in golden syrup mixture wid flour mix.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Bake @ 180 for 15-20mins

BUTTERNUT FANCIES

Butternut fancies                      

  • 1/2 pound rama or butter.            
  • 3/4 cup castor sugar.                  
  • 1cup coconut.                             
  • 1/2 cup pecan nuts.                  
  • 1/2 cup crushed rice krispies.     
  • Flour.                                         

Make into dough ,roll into shapes of ur choice ,I used S shaped cutter .bake at 180, till brown then once cool. Dip in white choc and drizzle brown on top .

CUSTARD COCONUT COOKIES

Custard Coconut Cookies                                   

  • 250g butter or marg.            
  • 3/4 cup sugar.                        
  • Beat till light n fluffy add.          
  • 2 eggs.     Beat then add.          
  • 3 tbsp oil.    Beat add.                
  • 3 cups coconut.                         
  • 2 tsp baking powder.                 
  • 2 tsp caramel essence.        
  • 3 tbsp custard powder.

Beat then lastly add.               

Flour as needed.                 

Roll out and scrape with the fork cut in shapes n bake in preheated oven at 180 till done you can sprinke hundred thousand befor baking
