±10 lasgne sheets- lay on tray n pour boiling water over.

(Dont allow lasagne sheets to overlap each other because it will get stuck n tear when trying to seperate.)

 Allow to soften for ±10mins.


  • 2cups chicken fillet-cubed
  • 1bunch spinach-chopped
  • 2med onions-chopped
  • Garlic
  • Cajun spice
  • Coarse blk pepper
  • Chicken spice
  • Ground green chillies
  • 1can tomato n onion mix


  1. Saute onions wid lil bit of olive oil.
  2. Add spices and braise till aroma arises.
  3. Add chicken n tomato and onion mix.
  4. Allow to cook.
  5. Throw in spinach n cook to burn water.
  6. Chop in a few discs of feta cheese (Or mozerella).
  7. Adjust salt n chillies to taste.
  8. Place filling on 1 width side of lasagne n roll up.
  9. line rolls in casserole.
  10. Make a thin white sauce n pour over.sprinkle wid cheese n bake.
