±10 lasgne sheets- lay on tray n pour boiling water over.

(Dont allow lasagne sheets to overlap each other because it will get stuck n tear when trying to seperate.)

 Allow to soften for ±10mins.


  • 2cups chicken fillet-cubed
  • 1bunch spinach-chopped
  • 2med onions-chopped
  • Garlic
  • Cajun spice
  • Coarse blk pepper
  • Chicken spice
  • Ground green chillies
  • 1can tomato n onion mix


  1. Saute onions wid lil bit of olive oil.
  2. Add spices and braise till aroma arises.
  3. Add chicken n tomato and onion mix.
  4. Allow to cook.
  5. Throw in spinach n cook to burn water.
  6. Chop in a few discs of feta cheese (Or mozerella).
  7. Adjust salt n chillies to taste.
  8. Place filling on 1 width side of lasagne n roll up.
  9. line rolls in casserole.
  10. Make a thin white sauce n pour over.sprinkle wid cheese n bake.

CREAMY CHICKEN AND SWEETCORN PASTA

Creamy chicken & sweet corn Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 breast piece chicken
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp aeromat
  • 1/2  tsp tumeric
  • Chicken spice
  • Crushed pepper
  • 2tsp dhaniya chutney
  • 3 cups macaroni
  • 1x 250 ml Fresh cream
  • 1x 250 ml sour cream (optional)
  • 1 tin creamed style sweet corn


Method:

  1. Boil macaroni
  2. In a separate pot braise the first 5 ingredients in 2 tbs of butter.
  3. In a bowl mixed the fresh cream and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Mix the chicken mixture with the macaroni, and add in the fresh cream and sour cream mixture.
  5. Add creamed sweet corn
  6. Mix well and set in an oven dish.
  7. Add yellow cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1/2hr
  9. Add more dhaniya chutney to taste

STEAK TAGLIATELLE WITH MUSHROOM SUACE

Steak Tagliatelle with Mushroom sauce 

  • 1 kg steak fillet
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp crushed green chillies
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp english mustard
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • Tomato sauce
  • Soya sauce
  • Worcestor sauce

Marinate for a few hours and fry in butter

Mushroom sauce:

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp aromat
  • Thyme and origanum to taste
  • Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbs mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • I punnet mushrooms sliced
  1. Saute onion in butter until soft ,add spices and mayo.
  2.  Add mushrooms, when almost dry add sour cream and fresh cream and let it cook a little
  3. Grate 2 potatoes and fry
  4. Boil 14 bundles of spinach tagliatelle and drain
  5. Layer steak in plate,then pasta,then mushroom sauce and top with fried potato crisps. Serve immediately.

ROEKS PRAWNS PASTA

 Roeks Prawn Pasta - Just like Luna Blu He Man Pasta

500g Prawns( Shelled and Cleaned)
1 tsp Gorimas Chillie Garlic paste 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Tomato Puree
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Butter
125 ml Fresh/Pouring Cream
Bell Pepper (Red and Green)

Marinate Prawns in all ingredients except Butter and Cream for 1 hour
Boil Pasta and Keep aside
Heat Butter in a non stick Pan and cook Prawns on high for 4 minutes
Add Red and Green Peppers (Julienne)
Marinade should Reduce but not dry out completely
Lastly Add Cream and throw in Pasta
Transfer to a Casserole Dish
Grate Fresh Parmesan Over
Serve Immediately

NB.I sauted 1small onion 1st wit lil crushed garlic,den added 1ground tomato with lil crushed chillies..den I added da marinated prawns
