Roast potatoes:

  • Potatoes-peeled n cubed

Bring to boil n add salt.drain.

Place on tray,dot with butter,salt n pepper.bake @ 190 for 30min.

Mix together:

  • Rosemary/sage-chopped
  • Vinegar
  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Zest of 1 naartjie
